INSTRUCTIONS Add yourself: 3 large spring onions (sliced into rings) 1 medium-sized, red onion (finely chopped) General preparation method 1 Sprinkle the contents of the package in a pan with 1.5 liters of cold water and bring it to the boil, stirring with a whisk. 2 As soon as the soup boils, add the spring onions and the red onion. 3 Put the lid on the pan (not completely closed) and let the soup simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Variation tip Replace the red onion in step 2 with 125 g of ham cubes. Add 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives before serving.
