Honig Chinese Chicken Soup is a delicious, fragrant chicken soup with vegetables and Chinese vermicelli. The slightly oriental spice gives your homemade soup a taste that almost everyone likes. This portion for 6 people is ready within 20 minutes!

Directions: 1 Sprinkle the contents of the sachet in a pan with 1.5 liters of cold water and bring to the boil, stirring with a whisk. 2 Once the soup is boiling, add the diced chicken and the Chinese stir-fry vegetables. 3 Put the lid on the pan (do not close completely) and, while stirring occasionally, let the soup simmer for another 10 minutes.

Variation tip Replace the ingredients in step 2 with 250 g of Oriental wok vegetables. Before serving, add 2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro.
