Silvo Kale (Boerenkool) Spice Mix - 25g

Ingredients: Mixed Spices and Herbs, Dextrose, Salt, Pepper, Onion, Flavouring, Skim Milk Powder, Monosodium Glutamate, Vegetable Fat Powder, Silicon Dioxide.

Preparation: * Peel and wash potatoes. * Wash kale. * Put potatoes and chopped kale in a pan with a layer of water and cook for 25 minutes. * Meanwhile, boil the milk. * Drain potatoes and kale, mash finely and stir with milk and a knob of butter until smooth. * Add the mix and incorperate fully * Serve
