Vegetable finish for beans
(For 4 people / approx. 800 g beans): Bring a pan with plenty of water to the boil. Trim the fresh beans and cook them for 5 to 6 minutes until al dente. Drain the beans and mix with a knob of butter or a dash of oil. Then mix the vegetable finish mix through the beans.
Variation tip: this mix is also delicious over string beans, snow peas, sugar snap peas and long beans.
