MIX FOR SHARMA
For 4 people: cut 1 kg of pork into strips then sprinkle with the mix and let it sit (ideally 30min, but even 5 min will be great!). Fry the strips in hot oil or butter for 5 to 7 minutes until nicely browned and done.
Serve on a pita, on rice, or on a salad along with tzatziki and fresh veggies.
