MIX FOR FISH
Requirements (for 4 people): 500 g fish, approx. 1 tbsp (10 g) Verstegen mix, 2 tbsp (olive) oil.
Preparation: Sprinkle the fish with the Verstegen mix and let it soak in for a while. Heat a frying pan with the (olive) oil and fry the fish on medium heat on both sides. Start on the skin side. The fish can also be baked in the oven. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Sprinkle the fish with the Verstegen mix and let it soak in for a while. Grease an oven dish with the (olive) oil and place the fish in it. Bake the fish in the oven for approx. 10-15 minutes.
Variation tip: this Verstegen mix is ideal for flavoring a delicious fish sauce. Serve the fish with fish sauce, new potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Use Verstegen Mix for Potato to season the baby potatoes.
